Lonoke County Jail Mugshots Overview
The Lonoke County public roster displays booking photos for inspected current-inmate cards. Each card used an image URL pattern tied to the roster platform and showed the inmate name as image alt text. The photo appears beside the person's listed name, race, sex, age, city/state address, arrest date and time, arresting agency, charges, and any populated bond or court information.
No separate official Lonoke County mugshot gallery, most-wanted page, or daily PDF booking report was found on the sheriff pages reviewed. The roster is therefore the main public channel for Lonoke County jail mugshots. If the person is no longer on Current Inmates, the Recent Releases tab is the next local roster check. If a photo is no longer online, the sheriff records process is the safer route than commercial mugshot sites.
Find Lonoke County Booking Photos
The public workflow mirrors the jail roster workflow. Start with the sheriff's Jail Roster page, then use the direct RPS roster tabs when needed. Recent bookings may appear on New Inmates. People who bonded out, were released, or transferred may appear under Recent Releases instead of Current Inmates. For formal case records, use court lookup rather than expecting the court portal to show booking photos.
- Open the sheriff Jail Roster page or the direct Current Inmates roster.
- Use Sort By, Select Name, page size, and page navigation to reach the inmate card.
- Check New Inmates if the arrest is recent and Current Inmates does not show the person.
- Check Recent Releases if the person left custody or transferred.
- Call 501-676-6494 if the photo or record is missing, stale, or tied to a name variation.
- Use the sheriff reports process if a releasable booking or report copy must be requested.

The official current-inmates roster screenshot shows how Lonoke County booking photos are displayed inside public inmate cards.
The screenshot places the photo in context with charges, court dates, and arrest details, which helps avoid treating the image as a standalone criminal-history record.
What Lonoke County Mugshot Cards Show
A Lonoke County booking photo should be read with the rest of the roster card. The card may show a charge at arrest, but a prosecutor may later file a different charge in court. The card may show bond or court data, but blank fields can mean the public card has not been populated. The photo itself does not show conviction status, court outcome, sentence, or release terms.
| Field | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Booking Photo | One public front-facing image observed per inmate card. |
| Name | Full listed inmate name. |
| Race / Sex / Age | Demographic line with age instead of full date of birth. |
| Address | City and state, not full street address, in inspected records. |
| Arrested | Date and time as displayed by the roster. |
| Arrested By | Agency that brought or caused the person to be booked. |
| Charges | Public charge descriptions, sometimes multiple rows. |
| Bond / Court | Bond amount, court date, and court name when populated. |
Are Lonoke County Jail Mugshots Public
Arkansas FOIA generally opens public records to Arkansas citizens during regular business hours unless an exemption applies. The sheriff's own roster publishes current-inmate booking photos, which is the clearest local proof that Lonoke County makes at least some booking photos publicly visible while the corresponding roster card is online. The research did not locate an Arkansas statute that specifically names booking photographs as always public or always restricted before conviction.
The same practical limits that apply to other sheriff records also apply here. A public record can still be withheld or redacted if a lawful exemption applies, and juvenile or sealed material should not be treated like ordinary adult booking data. When the issue is a court order sealing an eligible record, the order should be handled through the court and then raised with the records custodian. A roster photo alone does not establish the final court result.
Key public-record rules:
Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-105 generally governs inspection and copying of Arkansas public records during regular business hours, subject to exemptions.
Ark. Code Ann. § 16-90-1401 et seq. provides Arkansas sealing resources for qualifying criminal records after a court order.
How Long Lonoke County Mugshots Stay Online
The official sheriff and roster pages reviewed did not state a fixed retention window for booking photos. The practical observed rule is that photos appear with public roster cards while the platform displays those records. Current Inmates had active mugshots. The Recent Releases tab should be checked for a short-term post-release lookup, but no fixed 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour removal period was documented in the research.
What is and isn't public: The roster can show a booking photo and listed charges. It does not show full DOB, street address, housing unit, warrant number, or a final conviction result.
Request a Lonoke County Booking Photo
If a photo is not online, use the sheriff's report and records channel. The official Reports/Civil Process page says reports are released only during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If the requester's name is on a report, one copy may be provided at no charge. If the requester is not named and the report is releasable, the charge is $10 for each request. Picture ID is required to pick up any report, and payment is by check or money order.
A useful request should identify the person by listed name, arrest date, arresting agency, and any court date or charge text shown on the roster. If the person is no longer in custody, note whether the Recent Releases tab still shows the record. Do not ask the court clerk for a booking photo unless the need is tied to a filed court document. Court records and jail booking records are related, but they are kept by different offices.

Mugshot Removal and Sealed Records
Official Lonoke County pages reviewed did not publish a mugshot-removal policy for dismissal, acquittal, sealing, or expungement. Arkansas sealing can limit public access to qualifying records after a court order. The practical route is to obtain the sealing order through the court process, then direct any web-roster or record-access question to the records custodian with the order. For the court side of that process, use the court records after arrest workflow.
Avoid relying on commercial mugshot publishing or pay-to-remove sites. None are official Lonoke County sources, and the research did not include them as approved channels. If the issue is a stale official roster image, the sheriff's records process and court sealing order are the relevant official paths.
State and Federal Booking Photos
County jail mugshots do not follow the same rules as state prison, federal prison, or immigration locator tools. The Arkansas DOC locator is for sentenced state custody and uses separate DOC data. The BOP inmate locator does not publish federal mugshots in the inspected search interface. ICE ODLS is a detainee-location tool, not a public mugshot gallery. A person missing from the county roster may have released, transferred to state custody, entered federal custody, or be held under a different name or agency record.
| System | Photo Expectation | Lookup Source |
|---|---|---|
| Lonoke County jail | Current roster cards displayed mugshots. | County roster tabs. |
| Arkansas DOC | State prison locator rules are separate from the county jail. | Arkansas DOC inmate search |
| Federal BOP | No public mugshots in inspected locator interface. | BOP inmate locator |
| ICE | Location tool, not a mugshot gallery. | ICE ODLS |
