Lonoke County Jail Roster Overview
The official roster path starts at the Lonoke County Sheriff's Office Jail Roster page, which embeds the live RPS roster. The direct roster portal at myr2m.com/lonokecoroster showed All Current Inmates and a count of 10 inmates shown out of 140 total during the 2026-05-29 inspection. The same platform includes Current Inmates, New Inmates, and Recent Releases tabs.
The roster covers county detention custody. It is not a complete criminal history, and it is not the right source for every person with a Lonoke County connection. A sentenced state prisoner should be checked through the Arkansas DOC inmate search. Federal sentenced inmates are searched through BOP. Immigration detainees are searched through ICE ODLS. Court charges that follow an arrest are searched through Search ARCourts or requested from the clerk.
Use the Lonoke County Inmate Roster
The Lonoke County roster is a browse-and-filter roster rather than a text search form. The key field is Select Name, a dropdown that contained the current-inmate list during inspection. If the person is newly arrested, the New Inmates tab can help. If the person was released or transferred, Recent Releases may hold the short-term record after the current roster no longer shows it.
- Open the sheriff Jail Roster page or the direct Current Inmates portal.
- Check that the tab matches the status you need: Current Inmates, New Inmates, or Recent Releases.
- Use Sort By for Arrested Date when time matters, or Name when scanning alphabetically.
- Use Select Name to jump to a specific public card if the name appears in the dropdown.
- Increase Select Page Size from 10 to 20 or 30 when manual review is needed.
- Call the jail at 501-676-6494 if the booking is too new, spelling is uncertain, or the record appears incomplete.
Lonoke County Roster Search Fields
The field table below reflects the inspected roster controls. It matters because many jail lookup pages are built around typed last-name searches, but the Lonoke County inmate records roster is organized around tabs, dropdowns, page size, and page navigation.
| Field Label | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sort By | Dropdown | Optional | Arrested Date or Name; Arrested Date was selected by default. |
| Select Name | Dropdown | Optional | Lists all current inmates and jumps to the selected record card. |
| Select Page Size | Dropdown | Optional | Options were 10, 20, and 30. |
| Current Inmates | Tab/link | Optional | Main roster for people presently in county custody. |
| New Inmates | Tab/link | Optional | Recent booking tab on the same roster platform. |

Lonoke County Inmate Profile Fields
A public card is rich enough to answer many first questions, but it has limits. It can show a mugshot, charge list, bond table, and court date. It did not show full date of birth, street address, booking number, housing unit, warrant number, or physical descriptors in the inspected public cards. A missing bond or court table does not prove that no bond or date exists; it may mean the field was not populated in the public card.
| Field | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Mugshot | One visible booking photo beside the record. |
| Name | Full listed inmate name, with capitalization varying by record. |
| Race / Sex / Age | Demographic line such as W / M / 18 years. |
| Address | City and state only in inspected records. |
| Arrested | Date and time as displayed by the roster. |
| Arrested By | Agency such as Lonoke County Sheriff's Office or Cabot Police Department. |
| Charges | Public charge descriptions, sometimes multiple rows. |
| Bond | Bond amount when the bond table is populated. |
| Court Date / Court Name | Next court setting and court name when populated. |

The embedded view confirms that the sheriff page routes users to the same roster platform used for current inmates, new inmates, and recent releases.
County, State, and Federal Inmates
Custody level is the most common source of confusion. The Lonoke County Detention Center holds pre-trial detainees, people serving local sentences, and people waiting for Arkansas DOC transport. The DOC locator covers sentenced state custody and county waiting-list statuses. BOP covers sentenced federal prison custody. ICE ODLS covers immigration detention. VINELink can be used as a custody-notification supplement where data is available.
The DOC search page has its own field set, including ADC Number, County, Last Name, First Name, Facility, Gender, Offense Category, Age, Race, and a required disclaimer checkbox. Its Facility dropdown includes Lonoke County Waiting List, which is useful when a state-sentenced person has not yet moved from county jail to a state prison unit. County SmartJail visitation and CityTeleCoin deposit rules should not be applied to DOC custody after transfer.
| Custody Type | Where to Look | Use When |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-trial or local jail sentence | Lonoke County jail roster | The person was arrested in the county or held at the detention center. |
| State sentenced custody | Arkansas DOC locator | The person has moved to state prison, 309/work status, or a DOC waiting-list status. |
| Federal sentenced custody | BOP inmate locator | The case is federal or the person is in BOP custody from 1982 forward. |
| Immigration detention | ICE ODLS | The person may be detained by ICE. |
| Notification | VINELink | Custody or release alerts are needed. |
Lonoke County Jail Facility
The confirmed county detention facility is the Lonoke County Detention Center. The sheriff's detention page says the jail uses separate housing areas for low/medium-security-risk males, high-security-risk males, female inmates, isolation, and temporary holding. No separate official county work-release annex, regional jail, federal prison, or ICE detention center was located in Lonoke County. The DOC training academy in England is not a public inmate-housing prison.

Booking Process in Lonoke County
After an arrest or custody event, the sheriff's detention page says all persons arrested and taken into custody are transported to the Lonoke County Detention Center for booking and incarceration. During booking, the jail creates the custody record that can later appear on the public roster if the person remains in custody and the record is published. The jail classifies housing by security and sex, using the housing categories listed by the sheriff.
The local official pages did not publish exact booking duration, roster refresh frequency, phone-call timing, medical screening forms, or a detailed classification policy. Arkansas Criminal Detention Facility Standards fill part of the gap by requiring legal-basis documentation, 24-hour awake staffing while detainees are confined, recorded visual checks, male/female separation rules, and written facility operations standards.
Roster examples inspected on 2026-05-29 showed how booking and court data overlap. Some cards listed Lonoke County Circuit Court or Ward District Court with near-term court dates. Others showed no court table in the inspected segment. That difference is why a jail record should be treated as the custody starting point and then matched against the court record when the user needs filed charges, disposition, or judgment.
Lonoke County Jail Visitation Rules
Visitation is not traditional in-person visitation. The sheriff's detention page says visitation is all done through the kiosk and that no visitation will be done in person. Users are directed to SmartJail to set up visits. The same SmartJail system also supports emails and pictures. The official page did not publish a day-by-day schedule, visit length, child-visitor rules, attorney-visit rules, or remote-visit fees.
| Visit Type | Schedule | Setup | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kiosk/video visitation | Not published by sheriff page | SmartJail | All public visitation is through kiosk/video. |
| Remote emails and pictures | Not published | SmartJail | Sheriff says emails and pictures can be sent through the system. |
| In-person contact visits | Not available | Not applicable | Sheriff states no visitation will be done in person. |
| Attorney visits | Not located | Call jail | Do not assume public kiosk rules apply to legal visits. |
Contact a Lonoke County Inmate
The official detention page ties several services to SmartJail and CityTeleCoin but does not publish a full mail-address format, phone-call schedule, call rates, or inmate ID requirements. For mail, use the inmate's full listed name and confirm whether a booking number or ID is required before mailing anything to the detention center address. For messages and pictures, use the SmartJail route named by the sheriff.

Commissary and Inmate Funds
The sheriff says commissary can be used for hygiene, food, calling cards, and mail supplies. Money can be placed on an inmate account through CityTeleCoin or at the jail lobby kiosk. The lobby kiosk accepts cash or credit cards. The sheriff page did not publish a fee schedule, deposit limit, item price list, or refund policy.

| Inmate account deposits | CityTeleCoin | Website named by sheriff detention page. |
| Lobby deposits | Jail kiosk | Cash or credit cards accepted. |
| Commissary | Jail commissary | Hygiene, food, calling cards, and mail supplies. |
| Emails and pictures | SmartJail | System named by sheriff for electronic services. |
Note: Confirm custody status with the jail before sending money, because releases and transfers can occur before a public page updates.
